After termination of the contract, we will provide you with the data you have entered into the system in the form of Excel files.

Yes. VIB has an advanced role management module. You can define the functionalities that a given role can use. Additionally, you can assign several roles to each user and define which data are to be available to them and whether they can edit these data or only view them.
The Helpdesk portal is available to users, which allows direct communication with VSoft in order to obtain additional information or, for example, to submit a proposal for the expansion of the VIB. In the VIB itself, a help module is available, where you can find information on the use of individual functionalities, user documentation or instructional videos.
Yes. You can create an account in the customer portal for each contractor. Thanks to it, your clients will have access, among others, to your policies, claims or fleets. In addition, it is possible to report claim or exchange documents via the customer portal.
